We the undersigned employees of Wrest Point are informed that you have “Total confidence in the professionalism and ability of Jonathon Lynch and the Wrest Point Executive lead by Dominic Baker”
- Dominic has not shown us the respect of attending the negotiations for our new Enterprise Agreement.
- Dominic does not understand that it is us, the employees, who are responsible for implementing his core vision of “Making Wrest Point Australia’s Friendliest Casino”
- Dominic has clearly shown through his resistance to listen to us, that he does not have the ability to find an amicable outcome for all of us.
Therefore, we the undersigned wish to advise we have taken a Vote of No Confidence in our General Manager.
We hereby request that you make time to meet with a small delegation of employees to help find a solution to our Enterprise Agreement so we can all move on and focus on our customers having an enjoyable experience when they visit Wrest Point.
